Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica)

A beautifully green, earthy herb traditionally enjoyed as a nourishing tea. Nettle has a long history of use in Western herbal medicine.

Mineral profile: Nettle leaves naturally contain minerals including calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron, as well as silicon compounds. Mineral levels vary between plants and the amounts extracted into tea depend on preparation; the mineral content of this product has not been tested.
